Work hard all the time. Not just when your coach is watching, not just when your parents are watching, not just when your teammates are watching, work hard when no one is watching AND when everyone is watching! All the training IVA offers we will always tell you the same thing. “Working with us for just this one hour or two hours will not make you better!!!
